Abstract

This poster presents the expertise and areas of interest of the Media Verification (MeVer) team of CERTH. Our team has developed tools and methods for verifying the integrity and authenticity of media content: this includes image forensics (splicing localization), deepfake detection, near-duplicate image and video retrieval and visual location estimation. In addition, we have developed a web-based social network analysis and visualization tool that supports the investigation of online disinformation campaigns.
