    This proposal introduces "Driving Digital Transformation Through MultiGIS: Innovation and Inclusion with Multidimensional Geographic Information Systems," aimed at leveraging the capabilities of the CIGData infrastructure to catalyze significant advancements in various sectors through digital transformation. By harnessing the power of multidimensional geographic information systems (MultiGIS), the project seeks to foster cooperation among research groups, bolster scientific and technological research, enhance infrastructural capabilities, stimulate innovation through services to technology-based companies, and address critical societal challenges. Practical actions include developing open data platforms, implementing training programs in digital technologies, forming strategic partnerships with the private sector for disruptive innovation, applying predictive analyses to social issues, supporting R&D initiatives, and upgrading IT infrastructure to meet growing data analysis demands. The project sets quantifiable goals and indicators, such as expanding data storage and processing capacities, training hundreds in digital skills, launching innovative projects with partner companies, and solving societal problems through data-driven insights. "Driving Digital Transformation Through MultiGIS" promises to revolutionize processes, business worlds, and daily life, impacting areas from industrial and service sectors to health, education, and security, promoting economic transformation and digital inclusion.

    The project "Driving Digital Transformation Through MultiGIS" unites a strategic partnership between the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC), the Superintendence of Economic and Social Studies of Bahia (SEI), and the UESC's Nucleus of Innovation and Technology (NIT/UESC) to foster significant advances in the application of Multidimensional Geographic Information Systems (MultiGIS). UESC, with its academic expertise in environmental sciences, computing, and geospatial technologies, provides a solid foundation for research and development, as well as forming a valuable bridge to technological innovation and entrepreneurship. SEI contributes socioeconomic data, GIS expertise and critical analyses that align the project with regional development objectives, ensuring that the proposed digital solutions have a positive social and economic impact. NIT/UESC, in turn, acts at the interface between academia and the market, facilitating the commercialization of generated innovations and encouraging collaboration with technology-based companies. Together, these partners create an innovative ecosystem that not only promotes digital inclusion and the development of disruptive products and services but also equips the region with essential skills for the digital economy, ensuring a lasting impact on the digital transformation of society and the economy.
