    Indoor positioning

    We are specialized in the development of accurate and easy-to-deploy indoor localisation systems, using different techniques, including:

     

    • UWB (ultra-wideband), allowing an accuracy of less than 15 cm
    • Ultrasounds, to detect spatial changes and movements in a room
    • Inertial odometry, with any kind of sensors (accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers...)
    • State-of-the-art algorithms (sensor fusion, machine learning...), to analyse the data coming from the sensors and compensate for missing or inaccurate ones
    • Artificial intelligence, to add context and semantics to positions (a person lying in a bedroom is normal, the same person lying in the kitchen is maybe a fall)
