    Population living on the coast vulnerable to climate change

    I have a degree in Cartographic Engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (1986), a master's degree in Geodetic Sciences from the Federal University of Paraná (1990) and a PhD in Systems and Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1998). I have experience in the areas of Geosciences and Systems Engineering, with an emphasis on geographic databases and their applications in spatial analysis, working mainly on the following topics: creation of indicators for public policies, spatial statistics, and spatial data infrastructure.
