    Post Moore Era Computation and Communication

    The HPC research group led by Univ. Prof. Ivona Brandic (http://hpc.ec.tuwien.ac.at) has over the years successfully required projects from various funding bodies including CHIST ERA 2019, EU MSCA, FFG and FWF and conducts basic research in the following areas:

    • Hybrid Systems (Classic/Quantum)
    • Trustworthy and sustainable Edge/Cloud systems
    • Geographically distributed AI
    • Near real time data analytics
    • Massive-scale data analytics
    • Energy efficient ultrascale distributed systems

    We are in particular looking for security & privacy challenging projects addressing the transition of computing continuum to post Moore era.
