We are a team of mathematicians/statisticians, currently doing active research on new algorithms and technological advancements in the field of Machine/Deep Learning for XAI. We develop algorithms for ML/DL of Big data, which are based on Statistical, parametric and non-parametric models and regressions, Network Analysis, and other.

Some of the application areas are genetics, econometrics, financial data analysis and Earth observations and their social impact.

In particular, we carry out research and R&D in some specific areas of Earth Observations, where the interpretability of the results is of uttermost importance.

We have a variety of Interdisciplinary project, in particular with the European Space Agency, where especially interesting are the applications of XAI methods for the analysis and prediction based on large amounts of EO data.
